What You Bring
- University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Ideally 5 to 7 years’ experience in FMCG demand planning, preferably with S&OP leadership.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in SAP, BI tools, and forecasting models.
- Blue Yonder knowledge is preferred.
The Role's Key Competencies
1. Communication
- Lead cross-functional demand consensus meetings (Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Communicate demand scenarios and risks to senior leadership for decision-making.
2. Analysis
- Root cause analysis of forecast deviations.
- Scenario modeling to assess market, pricing, and NPD impacts on long-term demand.
- Forecast variance analysis vs BP and RE.
3. Judgment & Decision Making
- Final authority on forecast submission for RE and BP cycles.
- Recommender on strategic demand shifts and portfolio prioritization.
4. Innovation
- Enhance S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy and decision lead time.
- Introduce demand segmentation and advanced modeling techniques.
